Iperal, an Italian retailer with 36 stores in Lombardy, expressed the need to have more insights on how its clients approach the different digital touch-points in order to collect data, statistics, behaviours and habits. We started the journey by building an online presence that is consistent with modern trends and supported by a platform which enables the evolution of the new digital ecosystem of Iperal. The retail company will now be able to reap the first important results thanks to the introduction of contextual marketing features.
